Business Development Center (BDC) Manager

Woodfield Nissan in Hoffman Estates (Higgins & Golf) is now accepting resumes for an experienced BDC Manager to join our team. We are looking for a driven, organized professional who can fully utilize the dealership’s CRM tools and work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up.

In this role, you and your team will handle internet leads, inbound phone calls, and unsold follow-up. You will collaborate with the sales department to maximize customer appointments, ensure consistent communication, and manage all incoming inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and lead a high-performing team.
