CASHIER/SWITCHBOARD OPERATORS
About the Job:
Woodfield Nissan in Hoffman Estates--IMMEDIATE OPENINGS work in our Reception/Cashiering Dept. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and for one of the most established dealerships in Illinois.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Answer switchboard & route calls.
- Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
- Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
- Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
- Perform related clerical duties.
- Stocks, cars, and maintains key track machines for the sales department.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multitasking.
- Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
- Professional appearance & attitude.
- Pre-placement drug screen.
Additional Considerations:
- Bilingual English, Spanish, and Polish is a plus!
- Auto dealer experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Schedule:
- Part time Nights & Saturdays
