Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Reputation: Monitor and oversee dealer reviews across primary platforms including Google, Yelp, and specialized automotive sites.
- Resolve Customer Feedback: Contact customers regarding their experiences, directly addressing issues and collaborating with the management team to deploy timely resolutions.
- Boost Showroom Traffic: Assist the Sales and Internet teams with digital inquiries to maximize customer visits and showroom appointments.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all digital communications and customer resolutions align with company standards and brand compliance guidelines.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Customer-First Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of handling customer service scenarios with empathy and professionalism.
- Digital Literacy: Comfort navigating social media, online review platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required for a candidate with outstanding service skills.
